Battery Park is home to numerous monuments, 10 of which are being re-located as part of an overall upgrade to the park’s design. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to investigate and write a conservation treatment plan for each of the monuments that are being relocated. Both the specifications and treatment report were approved by the New York City Public Design Commission. Client: Quennell-Rothschild & Partners.
